NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-004243 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8, is the Plaintiff and Jacoba E. Minaya; Rangel E. Minaya; Tenant #1 N/K/A Rangel Minaya, Jr.; Villages of Lake St. Charles Homeowners` Association, Inc. are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 29 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 5, VILLAGES OF LAKE ST CHARLES - PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
