NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-3745 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSR Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-OA1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA1, is the Plaintiff and Carmen A. Rivera; Jesus M. Rivera are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 29 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
