The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 23rd day of MARCH, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 36, BLOCK 21, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 2B-2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGE102, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
