NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-008614 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company is Plaintiff and THOMAS F. CUFF, III, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk of the Circuit Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on March 24, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, SUMMER GATE TOWNHOMES, according to the map thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 104, Page 150 through 155 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
