NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 19, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-015432 , of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and GLADYS BREWER A/K/A GLADYS M. BREWER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AND INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBIN D. BREWER A/K/A ROBIN DAVID BREWER A/K/A ROBIN CREWER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TORBEN LANGE; ALEXANDER JAMES BREWER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 9 OF TEMPLE TERRACE RIVERSIDE SUBDIVISION, UNIT #2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 12, BLOCK 9, RUN THENCE SOUTH 36°45' EAST, ALONG BELLEMEADE CIRCLE, 15.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 53°22' WEST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 12, 110.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 36 °45' WEST, 15.0 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE NORTH 53°22' EAST, ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12, 110.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
