NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016, and entered in 12-CA-019851 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-9F is the Plaintiff and KANTHY SOCRETES A/K/A KANTHY NATESAN SOCRETES A/K/A K. SOCRETES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KANTHY SOCRETES A/K/A KANTHY NATESAN SOCRETES A/K/A K. SOCRETES; TAMPA PALMS NORTH OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; MAYFAIR NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
