NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 15th day of February 2016, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 12-CA-019250, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
