NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-011646 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and David J. Goodhand; Dickie Lynette Goodhand are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 15 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 26,TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE EAST 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 210 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET AND THENCE SOUTH 210 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
