NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order granting Plaintiff's ex-parte motion to reset foreclosure sale dated February 4, 2016 and Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-005288 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Rolando Yera, et. al is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at: 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter on March 24, 2016. The following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
