NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-000928 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORPORATION., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and Stephen Getchell; The Unknown Spouse of Stephen Getchell; Renee Getchell; The Unknown Spouse of Renee Getchell; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, as Nominee for Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc.; State of Florida - Department of Revenue; Royal Hills Homeowners Association, Inc.; Country Hills Homeowners Association, Inc.; The Helpful Highntess, LLC; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 4th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
