HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-ASAP1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER C. GIANNI A/K/A CHRISTOPHER GIANNI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER C. GIANNI A/K/A CHRISTOPHER GIANNI N/K/A ERICA LEE GIANNI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.,AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC.; TRAPNELL RIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 35, BLOCK 3, TRAPNELL RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
