NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013149 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHRISTINA TRUST A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS A TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, is Plaintiff and KIMBERLY WATKINS A/K/A KIMBERLY D. WATKINS, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 3, TRAPNELL RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3607 TRAPNELL GROVE LOOP, PLANT CITY, FL 33567
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
