NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-005034, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SALOMON BROTHERS MORTGAGE SECURITIES VII, INC. ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 1998-NC3, is Plaintiff and ISRAEL MIRABAL, JR.; ET.AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 60 of Oak Grove Addition to Mary Dale, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, on Page 56, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 2514 West Jean Street, Tampa, FL 33614.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
