NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 22, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-000815, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A.. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff, and GRIFFIN ENTERPRISES, INC.; MELISSA GUERRERO; THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MASSIEL GUERREO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 8, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7663 BUILDING 3900, THE GREENS OF TOWN N COUNTRY A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4381, PAGE 1167 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
