NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 01, 2016, and entered in 14-CA-002118 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-20 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and KATTIA SIGUI; S & W INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC; THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PNC MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
