NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-000246 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF11 is the Plaintiff and Daniel Poveda A/K/A Daniel F. Poveda; Jeffrey Giler; The Unknown Spouse Of Daniel Poveda A/K/A Daniel F. Poveda; The Unknown Spouse Of Jeffrey Giler; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., As Trustee For The Holders Of The First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-Ffa, Mortgage Pass-Through Certifi-Cates, Series 2006-Ffa; Plantation Homeowners, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 21st day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 5, BRIGHTSIDE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56 ON PAGE 27-1 THROUGH 27-6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 6.00 FEET AND THE NORTHERLY 9.00 FEET OF SAID LOT 35.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
