NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-CA-000848 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Osama S. Salem; Claudia Abdaziz are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 18th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 229.8 FEET OF THE WEST 525.1 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 115 FEET OF THE NORTH 225 FEET AND LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
