NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated January 28, 2016, entered in Case No. 09-CA-016440 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Donella Mulder; Steven R. Mulder; Beneficial Florida, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 17th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, PONDSIDE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO; 1988 PALM, VIN'S PH091580A AND PH091580B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
