NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-001906 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which ALLSTATE FUNDING CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH P. ALONGE; MARIAN LAFFERTY; JOHN ALONGE; PAULINE SALTINO; MADELINE TAGLIARINO; BAY PORT COLONY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MONOGRAM CREDIT CARD BANK OF GEORGIA; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 14th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
