NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-009521-0 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2015-1, is the Plaintiff and MARY A. KORTES and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JONATHAN KORTES, are Defendant(s), Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose. com at 11:00 a.m. on April 5, 2016 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1 OF SILVER STAR ESTATES, FIRST ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, AT PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Cburt within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
