NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-013886-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SASCO MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-RF3 is the Plaintiff and CARL R. MASON A/K/A CARLYLE MASON; OLIVIA C. MASON A/K/A OLIVIA MORONES MASON; LAKE LOTTA APARTMENTS, LLC; THE BORDEAUX CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 301, BUILDING 8, THE BORDEAUX, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 08284, PAGE 3053, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
