NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007717-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. is Plaintiff and GEORGE F. CHAMPIGNY A/K/A GEORGE FLORIMOND CHAMPIGNY; TIFFANY CHAMPIGNY A/K/A TIFFANY SUE CHAMPIGNY A/K/A TIFFANY SUE THORPE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WRENWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; BARLCAYS BANK DELAWARE; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4770, WRENWOOD CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8513, PAGE 2214, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
