NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2016, entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-001511 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding Corporation 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and Shepard Yarger A/K/A Shepard A. Yarger; Gloria J Yarger; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Rotonda Sands Conservation Association, Inc.; Tenant #1 ; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the July 8, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 160 AND 161, BLOCK 23, ROTONDA SANDS NORTH REPLAT UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 4A THROUGH 4Z2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
