and commonly known as: 17439 TERRY AVENUE, PT CHARLOTTE, FL 33948; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on May 25, 2016 at 11:00 A.M.
