NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-002316 in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein, CMG Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff, and, DAVID B. RICE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 24th day of March, 2016 the following described property:
THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF CHARLOTTE, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 1, GULFSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
