NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-000133 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Jack W. Lee, Lexington Homeowners Association, Inc., Lexington Townhomes Neighborhood Association, Inc., Magola Lee, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
