NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 04, 2016, and entered in 2014CA-004829-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-HE8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-HE8 is the Plaintiff and GEORGE LEE; VERA LEE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GB HOME EQUITY,LLC.; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
