PALMER ; UNKOWN TENANT I ; UNKOWN TENANT II; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES; FRANCES HOSKINS; UNKOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCIS HOSKINS; RANDALL PALMER; UNKOWN SPOUSE OF RANDALL PALMER, NOW KNOWN AS ALICE PALMER ; LOIS LOYD; UNKOWN SPOUSE OF LOIS LOYD K/N/A CHARLES LOYD; TERESA HALL ; UNKOWN SPOUSE OF TERESA HALL, NOW KNOWN AS STEVE HALL; STEPHANIE FRANKLIN ; UNKOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE FRANKLIN, NOW KNOWN AS RANDOLPH FRANKLIN are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
