NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-001609-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SPARTA GP HOLDING REO CORP is the Plaintiff and MELVIN K. LLEWELLYN; HICKORY RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF LAKELAND, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; DIANA M. LLEWELLYN A/K/A DIANNA LLEWELLYN; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 10thday of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30 OF HICKORY RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 107, AT PAGES 32 AND 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
