NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 53 2013 CA 004989, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PAUL B. SMITH; DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL B. SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105 OF GARDEN GROVE UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
