NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Rescheduled the Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No. 2014CA-002689-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM X TRUST is the Plaintiff and MARBETTY VALDES and ALBERTO SAINZ, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at POLK COUNTY'S On-Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 16, 2016, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
