Final Judgment was awarded on January 25, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA001789000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and PATRICK ADAM DANAHY A/K/A PATRICK A. DANAHY; ANGELA LYNN CLARK; CITY OF EAGLE LAKE, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
