NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 17, 2016, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trial E, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property:
Lot 15, Gin Lane Section, King's Town Drive to Admiralty Parade Section, Port Royal, in accordance with and subject to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 3, Pages through 78, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
