Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on March 14, 2016, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East Naples, Florida, 34112 offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 105, Building 4, Mariner Apartments of Marco Island, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 676, Page 532, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
