NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, that Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 17th day of March, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor, the Collier County Courthouse Annex Lobby, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 3, Building 53, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 3096, Page 1624, of the public records of COLLIER County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
