Hardaway a/k/a Sabra Hardaway, Terrence Hardaway Sr a/k/a Terrence Hardaway, Unknown Party #1 NKA Marco Hardaway, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 31 AND 32, BLOCK 2816, UNIT 40, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 81 THROUGH 97 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
