NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2016 entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-051252 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. Wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14, is Plaintiff and LLOYD BERNARD FOJAS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LLOYD BERNARD FOJAS, JOHN DASH A/K/A J. DASH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CHICAGO BANCORP, INC.,
D/B/A CHICAGO BANCORP; PARKSIDE PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are the defendants. The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on March 18th, 2016. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 103, BUILDING NO. 4, OF PARKSIDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1777, PAGE 1220 ET.SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
