NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 4, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050390 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 10 day of March, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit N. 1008, Building 2929, of Village Creek, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Clerk's File No. 2005000192444, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
