Lot 57, Wyndham, Unit 1, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 47 through 47-D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ALSO KNOWN AS:
Lot 57, Wyndham, Unit II, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 17 through 17B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Hosea M. Horneman, Esq., of Michael J. Belle, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2364 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida 34237, within 30 days from the first date of publication, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
