NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-004533-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CENLAR FSB is the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN J PONTE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BENJAMIN J. PONTE N/K/A ANNA PONTE; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIZABETH WEST; TENANT #2 N/K/A COURTNEY LUCAS; TENANT #3 N/K/A THERESA OATES; TENANT #4 N/K/A JAMES OATES; Tenant #5; Tenant #6; Tenant #7; and Tenant #8 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 3 FEET OF LOT 8 AND ALL OF LOT 9, BLOCK U, SUN HAVEN, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
