Derrick Maginness, whose address is Norton, Hammersley, Lopez & Skokos, P.A., 1819 Main Street, Suite 601, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or within 28 days from the first publication of this notice of action, and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter. Otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief requested in the complaint or petition.
