NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-016112 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH, is Plaintiff and RODOLFO DURAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 24th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 458, Kensington Park Unit No. 4, According to the Map or Plat thereof Recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 98-98A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, Sarasota County Records.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
