NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015 CA 004461 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF LILLIAN MOYAR A/K/A LILLIAN E. MOYAR, DECEASED; LINDA F. SENSKY; JOVITA F. SMALLEY; THERESA MICHELLE HANIFORD A/K/A THERESA M. HANIFORD F/K/A THERESA M. YEAGER; JAMES S. YEAGER; LUCAS R. YEAGER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THE ESTATE OF THE ESTATE OF LILLIAN MOYAR A/K/A LILLIAN E. MOYAR, DECEASED; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendant, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 28th day of March, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 278, OF 1ST ADDITION OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
