NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 58 2013 CA 002763 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE MORTGAGE FINANCE TRUST SERIES 2006-S3, Plaintiff, and KENNETH J. KAUFMAN A/K/A KENNETH J. KAUFMAN, JR.; JULIE KEEGAN KAUFMAN; COUNTRY MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 21st day of March, 2016 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, COUNTRY MANOR, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
