MERRIWETHER A/K/A MICHAEL MERRIWETHER; GILA MERRIWETHER; LAUREL OAK COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; LAUREL OAK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK; LANDMARK CSA CORP. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
