NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment dated February 3, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 512013CA002025CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-J14 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J14, Plaintiff and BRIAN SOARES; ANTOINETTE SOARES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; AUTUMN OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendant(s), Paula S.
