NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004242 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and HEATHER WELLING N/K/A HEATHER MOZINGO, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1406, REGENCY PARK, UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 9811 Gray Fox Lane, Port Richey, FL 34668
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
