NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002274-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROBERT B. HIDY A/K/A ROBERT BRUCE HIDY, DECEASED; BETH BUSH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 125, Sandalwood Mobile Home Community First Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page(s) 116 and 117, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH 1988 MOBILE HOME CONTAINING TITLE # 47737814 AND TITLE #47737816 AND VIN #FLFLH33A10846BA AND VIN #FLFLH33B10846BA WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO SAID PROPERTY
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
