NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 29, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-007558 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ADAM J KUKENE, SABRINA L KUKENE , SOUTH COVE AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 85, Block 4, South Cove Phases 2/3, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 99, Pages 288 through 298, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
