NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-013827-CA-J, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and PHILLIP CANNOVA A/K/A PHILLIP M. CANNOVA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILLIP CANNOVA A/K/A PHILLIP M. CANNOVA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PAVILION PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 24 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 114 OF PAVILLION PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE(S) 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
